We use IMAP just once per email to save a copy into your Sent folder, the same way Gmail does automatically — your organization's IT contact can provide these if you're unsure.

Only needed if you use a separate email-sending service (like Brevo, SendGrid, or Mailgun) that's different from where your actual mailbox and Sent folder live. Leave both blank if sending and your mailbox are the same place.
